NFL Standings 2017-18,Week 16 Records

The NFL has some issues it needs to address.

Indianapolis at Baltimore: The Colts are terrible. They couldn’t even hang with a bad Denver team at home last week. Baltimore needs to keep winning to keep its playoff hopes alive. No letting up this week. Ravens 27, Colts 10.

Minnesota at Green Bay: The Vikings are looking for the top seed in the NFC and still have a lot to play for. The Packers are missing the playoffs for the first time since 2008. With Aaron Rodgers officially sidelined the rest of the year, Brett Hundley will have his hands full. Vikings 31, Packers 17.

Los Angeles Rams at Tennessee: The Rams can wrap up the NFC West crown with a win and can still get home-field advantage and a bye if they win out and get help. The Titans need to keep winning to have a shot at the AFC South crown or a wild-card berth. Rams 23, Titans 20.

Buffalo at New England: Like a number of AFC teams, the Bills are still in the mix for a wild-card berth but must win to have any shot. The Patriots are the AFC’s top seed right now, but must also keep winning to assure home field throughout the playoffs. Patriots 28, Bills 24.

Cleveland at Chicago: If the Browns are going to get a win, this may be their last chance. Chicago has not phoned in its season despite being eliminated long ago. The Bears do not want to be the team that was the only one to lose to Cleveland this year. Bears 24, Browns 20.

Denver at Washington: The Broncos have a lot of pride and would love nothing better than to at least pass Oakland in the AFC West standings. Washington is coming off a home win over the Cardinals but has lost seven of its past 11 games. Kirk Cousins may be playing his last game for Washington and would enjoy showing Denver GM John Elway what he could bring to the table as a free agent. Washington 21, Broncos 17.

Los Angeles Chargers at New York Jets: Mistakes probably have cost the Chargers the AFC West title, but there is still a glimmer of hope. Los Angeles must win if it is to keep its playoff hopes alive. The Jets have been much better than many thought they would be going into the season, but they still are a long ways off from being a contender. They could be a good spoiler, however. Chargers 20, Jets 19.

Jacksonville at San Francisco: Don’t look now, but the Jaguars not only could clinch the AFC South title with a win but also are still in play for one of the AFC's top two seeds. San Francisco is 3-0 since Jimmy Garoppolo took over as the starter. Things get much tougher for the young QB this week, but he keeps things close. Jaguars 23, 49ers 20.

Atlanta at New Orleans: A win and Atlanta puts itself in position to repeat as NFC South champions. The Falcons would still need to beat Carolina next week but would then own all of the tiebreakers. The Saints can move a step closer to the division title by holding serve against a Falcons team they lost to in Atlanta a couple weeks back. Saints 28, Falcons 27.

Detroit at Cincinnati: The Lions need some help but must keep winning to have any hope of the playoffs. Matthew Stafford still isn’t 100 percent, but he may not need to be against a Bengals team that seems more focused on getting to the offseason. Cincinnati has played less-than-inspired football the last two weeks in blowout losses to Chicago and Minnesota. Lions 30, Bengals 14.

Tampa Bay at Carolina: Like the Bears, the Buccaneers have been long out of the race, but still have kept putting up a fight. Tampa Bay would love to play the part of spoiler, especially against the Panthers. Carolina is focused on at least a wild-card spot but still can win the NFC South if it wins out. Panthers 33, Buccaneers 20.

Miami at Kansas City: The Dolphins can play the part of spoiler, too. Two weeks ago, they stunned the Patriots. But that was at home on a Monday night. Kansas City can save its season by wrapping up the AFC West with a win after losing six of its past nine games. Chiefs 30, Dolphins 20.
